Description
For me, owl sitings are always magical. Many of the people who go owling at the Sax-Zim and take amazing photographs of the birds they see. I am not a photographer, but I wanted to capture a sense of mystery here, the owl as a symbol of wisdom, carefully surveying the landscape. It’s twilight, again that liminal space where the boundaries between light and dark, day and night, dissolve. Acrylic on gallery wrap canvas, 12"x12".
