On the North Shore of Lake Superior there are days when the sun shines and the wind comes in from the south bringing what we call “wave watching days”. The waves stand vertical just long enough, before crashing, to allow you to see into the mystery of her rocky bottom. The challenge of painting them is that they keep moving!
